Deep Dish Plates

The Bells of Steel Deep Dish Plates are designed to provide a comfortable grip and reduce damage to the floor while loaded onto bars or machines. Made with a rubber-plated iron core to absorb impact and ensure maximum durability, these plates feature a raised edge that goes beyond the standard 3 cm depth, and is designed to minimize the risk of the weight rolling off the bar. With a heavier weight capacity of up to 300 kg, these plates are great for more advanced weightlifting movements such as squats, deadlifts and shrugs. The plates come in a variety of sizes including 0.5 kg, 1 kg, 1.25 kg, 2.5 kg, 5 kg and 10 kg, allowing for a wide range of training. Sold individually, the Bells of Steel Deep Dish Plates are an excellent choice for those looking for a good plate that won’t cause any damage to the floor.
