-program Rogue Fitness' BTWB Varied Not Random First Toes-to-Bar Program is an advanced 12-week functional training program specifically designed to increase the strength and mobility of athletes who are looking to master the toes-to-bar movement. This program is suitable for experienced athletes only who possess a strong baseline of functional fitness. The program includes 3 different training blocks which focus on various movements and strengthening drills that develop power, stability and mobility of the lower body. The variety of drills and movements also help to reduce the potential for overtraining and minimise the risk of injury. During the first block of the program, athletes focus on developing strength and set new PRs; in the second block emphasis is placed on handling heavier weights and increasing mobility; and the third block works on maximising the tension and eccentric-based movements. The program is completed 3 times a week and can be performed at home or in the gym. Each workout includes a variety of exercises, consisting of 4-5 warm-up drills, a skill movement, 2-4 strength circuits, and a cool-down. All of the exercises are thoroughly described within the program and accompanied by a detailed exercise video. The program is also compatible with app monitoring systems, such as BTWB, TrainingPeaks, and Wodify.
