The Rogue RML-390F Flat Foot Monster Lite Rack is a heavy-duty power rack designed to give users a wide range of workout options. The rack features a total of seven divided positions so users can customize the layout of their workout environment. The frame is constructed out of 3x3" 11 gauge steel and comes standard with Monster Lite J-cups and Westside hole spacing. The Flat Foot design of the rack permits users to place it on any surface without needing to anchor it. Additionally, the uprights are built incorporating Westside Hole Spacing with 1” holes in a uniform pattern through the bench and clean pull zone which will keep barbells secure when added weight is used. The rack can be used for a variety of exercises including squats, bench press, overhead press, deadlifts, and much more. With a weight capacity of 1,000 pounds, users can comfortably lift heavy weights for any exercise routine. The Monster Lite Racks can also be easily customized with additional attachments, allowing users to add a variety of accessories such as safety arms, spotter arms, chin-up bars, dip bars, landmine functions, and more. The Bolt-Together assembly allows the rack to be quickly assembled, and tear-down is also a breeze. This makes the RML-390F ideal for home and commercial gym settings when a traditional power rack won't fit.
