Rogue Work Benches are a comprehensive line of squat stands and benches designed to meet the needs of a variety of home gym and industrial strength training environments. Made from thick 11-gauge steel and manufactured in-house at the Rogue Ohio manufacturing facility, the benches are built to last. The benches are available in four major types: flat benches, incline benches, adjustable benches, and combo benches. The flat model is ideal for basic lifts and presses while the incline bench gives users the ability to target different muscle groups. The adjustable bench features seven height positions, allowing users to customize their workouts. The combo model is an adjustable bench with an attached squat rack for performing squats, presses, and pull-ups. Each of the benches feature a range of safety and comfort features. Each have coated J-hooks for quick and secure barbell placement, adjustable spotter arms for assistance on lifts, oversized rubber feet to avoid sliding and adding stability, and laser-cut numbering for quickreference. Additionally, all of the benches include oversized pads for comfort, nylon-covered steel legs for durability, and adjustable lever systems for easy height adjustment.
