Constructed from heavy-duty steel and coated with a protective powder coat finish, these blocks blend flexibility and stability for a variety of bodyweight exercises, including pushups, dips, mountain climbers and more. The parallettes are each 10" wide, and their height can be quickly adjusted from 8" to 14". Each parallel bar can hold up to 400 lbs. of static weight, giving users of nearly any size the ability to do strenuous exercises safely. The Ultimate DC Blocks have ergonomic T-bar handles with knurled grip to aid in comfortable and secure movements during upper body exercises. The bottom of each block also has rubber feet to help keep the parallettes stationary and reduce sliding during floor exercises.
