The yoke of the frame is adjustable, offering 4 different height positions that can be changed to accommodate various users and exercises. The yoke of the rack also features laser-cut height markings and numbered frame uprights. The j-hooks with plastic liners have 1" holes spaced 2" apart along the length of the upright and swivel while in the frame to allow a greater range of movement. This rack also features a multi-grip chin up bar and a pull-up bar with a knurled grip for added comfort and grip. Though this rack is a scratch and dent model, it is designed so that the scratches and dents will not impact performance.
